PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simply, inexpensively and quickly fixing a part on a fluid circulation pipe constituting part of a heat exchanger, particularly a condenser, of an air conditioner. SOLUTION: A fitting 4 is mechanically fixed on a distributor 2 by a rivet 5 in a tack process. A material 6 having a low melting point is fused on the surface to flow so as to form between the fitting 4, the distributor 2 and the rivet 5 a seal which does not permit a fluid to leak. Because the tack process employs a mechanical tack, the tack process can be executed more simply, inexpensively and quickly than the case of arc spot welding. |
