The present invention has improved opening operationality of a cover, which enables a reduction in thickness of a rotational supporting mechanism performing an opening and closing operations of the cover in a planar direction, and enables a user to open the cover with a single touch of one hand. Therefore, in the present invention, when a pressing means, which presses against a cam surface of an eccentric cam that rotates in a planar direction, is fitted to one portion on the cam surface corresponding to a 180-degrexe rotated position corresponding to the open position or the other portion corresponding to the closed position, a rotational position of the eccentric cam is controlled to stop the rotation of the cover.
