LOW-REFLECTION ANTISTATIC HARD COAT FILM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-reflection antistatic film which prevents sticking of a foreign substance to the surface of a transparent base due to static electricity and has a sufficient hardness for protecting transparence from impairment by a mar or the like due to friction and which has an effect of preventing the reflection from the surface of the transparent base caused by outdoor light (effect of preventing reflection of a high level as lower than 1.0% at the lowest reflectance). SOLUTION: This film is constituted by laminating a transparent conductive layer, a hard coat layer, a high refractive index layer and a low refractive index layer in this sequence on a transparent base film. The low refractive index layer has a lower refractive index than the hard coat layer, while the hard coat layer has a lower refractive index then the high refractive index layer.
