<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a heat-treated and machined product, which can enhance productivity (in the whole processes) of finishing an intermediate product to be heat-treated and machined into an end product. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the heat-treated and machined product 10, which has several steps for finishing the intermediate product 10' into the end product 10, and includes at least one heat treatment step 7 and at least one machining step among 1, 2, 4, 5, and 6, in the above several steps, is characterized by separating at least the above one heat treatment step 7 from a line having the above machining steps 1, 2, 4, 5, and 6, into the other line, to perform the heat treatment after finishing the above all machining steps 1, 2, 4, 5, and 6. Then, the above heat treatment step 7 is automated.</p> |
