PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polycarbonate resin plate which is excellent in antifouling properties while keeping weatherability. SOLUTION: In the polycarbonate resin plate excellent in antifouling properties, a weatherability donating layer of a polycarbonate resin or an acrylic resin containing an ultraviolet absorber, a binder layer of an acrylic resin having alkoxysilyl groups, and a antifouling layer obtained from an inorganic colloidal substance are laminated in turn on one side of a polycarbonate resin substrate.
