PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a highly reliable mounting structure onto which a heat exchanger can be fixed easily using a small number of components. SOLUTION: A shallow box type fitting part 2 made of a metal plate is formed on the lower end face of a tank 1 and the upper end part of a mount rubber 6 is matched to the fitting part 2. Subsequently, they are locked through a locking means 9 and the second receiving member 5 of the mount rubber 6 is fitted to the fixing part 11 of a heat exchanger supporting member 10.
