摘要 |
PURPOSE: Provided is a barium titanate(BaTiO3) powder with easy grinding, high sinterability, high reactivity with other materials by applying ultrasonic vibration to conventional oxalate method. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method of barium titanate(BaTiO3) powder is as follows: adding a mixture of Ba- and Ti- solution, having a Ba/Ti molar ratio of 1 : 1-1.1, to an oxalic acid(H2C2O4) solution(20-100deg.C) under ultrasonic vibration at a frequency of 10-50kHz; aging the reactant solution under ultrasonic vibration to prevent growth of precipitates, BaTiO(C2O4)2-4H2O; filtering and washing; thermal decomposing the formed BaTiO(C2O4)2-4H2O(<=10micrometer) at 700-1200 deg.C; grinding to get BaTiO3 powder with 0.3-0.4micometer of size. The prepared BaTiO3 is used as raw materials for multilayer ceramic capacitors, piezoelectrics, PTC thermistors, etc. |
