PURPOSE: A web browser for a user terminal, an operating method thereof and a system for a web browsing service are provided to prevent the leakage of the personal information while simplifying a certification procedure needed to use an Internet site. CONSTITUTION: A log-in screen providing part(31) displays a certification input window for the certification of a user on a display device if an execution signal is inputted from an input device of the user terminal. A certification information processing part(35) transmits the inputted certification information to an Internet address of a web browsing service server through the Internet, temporarily stores the secured user certification information transmitted from the web browsing service server in a temporary storage, and deletes the user certification information stored in the temporary storage if a log-off or service termination signal is inputted from the input device. A menu providing/processing part(33) provides a menu connecting the user with a cooperating server through the Internet and displays a corresponding web page on the display device if a selection signal is inputted from the input device.
