PURPOSE: A lower arm is provided to prevent the transformation of the lower arm by preventing the weakness of the durability of a clamp combining portion and to improve the traveling stability by smoothly adjusting a steering wheel. CONSTITUTION: A shock absorbing material(8) and a clamp(6) are inserted in a circular shaft(4d) by penetrating sequentially. A nut(7e) is combined with a screw groove(4e) to fix the clamp on the circular shaft. A fixing pin(9) is assembled by integrally penetrating the clamp and the circular shaft. The shock load is absorbed by the shock absorbing material and the combining pin though the large vibration and shock are transferred to a lower arm. Thereby, the durability of a clamp combining portion is improved and a steering wheel is adjusted smoothly.
