PURPOSE: Provided are a UV curable resin composition which can produce a dry film resist showing improved thin line adhesion without decreasing of resolution, and a dry film resist comprising the UV curable resin composition. CONSTITUTION: The resin composition comprising a binder polymer, a photopolymerizable monomer comprising multi-functional alpha, beta-unsaturated carbonyl derivative compound(formula 1 or 2), and a photoinitiator, is characterized by further comprising sulfur compound as a homogeneous mixture. The amount of added sulfur compound is 0.1-10 parts by weight. The sulfur compound is selected from thiol derivative of C2-C30 and acrylate monomer comprising thiol group. The resin composition comprises the binder polymer and photopolymerizable monomer in a weight ratio of 10:90-60:40. |
