PURPOSE: Holes formed in a rubber of sheet type is minimized in a continuous production of rubber by a device for introducing a raw material and forming rubber. CONSTITUTION: A device for forming comprises a raw material processing portion(100) having a first press roll forming a raw material(110) into a sheet shape. A sheet forming portion(200) comprises a first winding roll(210), a strip cutter, a second press roll(240), an introducing member(230), a pressing member(250). The first winding roll winds the raw material from the raw material processing portion. The strip cutter cuts the raw material into a band shape. A second press roll presses the band shape rubber.
