PURPOSE: A feeder is provided to remove the partial pressing of a material and to improve the product quality by uniformly maintaining the supplying speed of the material and uniformly distributing the weight of the material in the contacted portion between the material and a belt. CONSTITUTION: A supporting plate(20) is installed on a base(10). The supporting plate has an accepting portion to accept a rolled material(1) to be rotatable and a material arranging device(30) to uniformly arrange the side of the material by accepting the maximum and the minimum diameters of the material in a side wall. Many transferring rollers(50) are installed inside the accepting space to be rotatable. A driving motor(60) has a driving device to rotate one of the transferring rollers. A belt(80) is combined through the outer face of the transferring rollers. The belt supplies the material at a regular speed when the driving motor is rotated. Thereby, the product quality is improved by preventing the pressing of the material.
