PURPOSE: A web browser for a user terminal, a service method thereof and a system for a web browsing service are provided to conveniently billing process by integrating the charges to use a charged Internet site. CONSTITUTION: A menu providing/processing part(33) provides a menu to select the connection of a cooperating server. A billing processing part(34) outputs a signal for starting the charged use connection if an Internet site connection request signal of the charged Internet site is inputted, and supports the user to read the billing information for a charged site service from a web browsing service server. A log-in screen providing part(31) displays a certification input window on a display device if an execution signal is inputted from an input device of the user terminal. A certification information processing part(35) transmits the inputted certification information to an Internet address of the server, temporarily stores the secured user certification information transmitted from the server in a temporary storage, and deletes the user certification information stored in the temporary storage if a log-off or service termination signal is inputted from the input device.
