PURPOSE: A soft-sound telephone call method by the intonation adjustment of a voice signal is provided to apply a voice of an object received in a telephone receiver of a telephone to a digital speech process technique and perform a telephone call through a soft-sound. CONSTITUTION: A soft-sound function(104) is added in a telephone function(102). If a bell of a telephone is rung and a user holds a handset, the user listens to a voice(107) of an object. If the voice(107) of the object is quickly or indistinctly heard, the user pushes a soft-sound key button(101). The intonation of the voice of the object is adjusted(108) and the voice of the object is softly heard.
