PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coffee maker which gives information of the temperature abnormality of a water pipe or a heating means caused by sticking of scale, etc., to the water pipe for boiling hot water and gives information of washing the pipe in the coffee maker for extracting coffee by pouring hot water to coffee powder. SOLUTION: The coffee maker is provided with a water container 12, a heating means 14 for heating water introduced to a water pipe 15 from the water container, a first temperature detection means 20 for detecting the temperature of the heating means, a heating control means 21 for controlling power supply to the heating means in accordance with the detected temperature of the first temperature detection means to control the temperature of coffee liquid extraction, a second temperature detection means 18 for detecting the temperature of the heating means or the water pipe of the heating means, and an informing means 19 for giving information that the detected temperature of the second temperature detection means becomes equal to or higher than a set temperature. When the water pipe 15 is narrowed by scale and the temperature surpasses a normal temperature, an information means 19 informs the washing time of the water pipe. |
