PURPOSE: A method for composing contents of a learning journal for the elementary course of English conversation is provided to improve the convenience of study by composing the contents of the learning journal by means of ergonomics. CONSTITUTION: A core unit(2) is provided on the center of a learning journal(1). On all directions of the core unit(2), first to fourth elementary learning unit(3,4,5,6) are formed. A blank unit(7) is provided at corners of the learning journal(1). The core unit(2) displays sentences of "Can I(May I), Let me, I will, and English conversation is X". The first elementary learning unit(3) displays words of "How, What, When, Where, and Why" in parallel and "If" in a predetermined direction. The second elementary learning unit(4) displays sentences of "Know how" and "How to". The third elementary learning unit(5) displays sentences of "Do you have" and "did you". The fourth elementary learning unit(6) displays sentences of "going to, have to, and must" in parallel and "Better than nothing" in a diagonal direction.
