Service terminal 101 sends an ID or an IP address particular to the service terminal to mobile terminal 105. Mobile terminal 105 notifies the ID or the IP address, and a telephone number/a serial number of the service terminal to subscriber system 103. Subscriber system 103 performs authentication in response to the notification, and when the authentication is recognized, it notifies service gateway 102 of the use of IP address notified by mobile terminal 105. Service gateway 102 interconnects service terminal 101 and Internet 104.
