PURPOSE: To eliminate the problems that, when the mat paint is applied to the transparent conductive film, the image of the display gets blurred and a Moire fringe appears or brightness at the central part is too strong, and when the mat paint is not applied to the film and it is made mirror face, sliding performance is inferior and blocking happens easily, or in order to prevent blocking, a tape has to be wound at both sides of the film and a rough surface has to be formed, with further necessary work of removing the tape and the rough surface part or the like. CONSTITUTION: The solution is made by (1) laminating a fine rough surface layer 3 having a specific surface roughness and a transparent conductive layer 4 in order on the same side of the transparent plastics 2, or by (2) laminating the both layers interposing the transparent plastic film in between and defining the overall haze. In the case of the (1) above, a hard coat layer may be laminated on the side where nothing is provided, and in the case of the (2) above, the fine rough surface layer 3 may be the hard coat layer.
