PURPOSE: Provided is a wireless opening and shutting apparatus for ventilation hole in a motorcycle helmet which enables outer air to flow around users' mouth so that it helps to circulate air inside the helmet more conveniently. CONSTITUTION: The wireless opening and shutting apparatus for ventilation hole in the motorcycle helmet comprises the parts of: an open square-typed cushion member which is placed in the lower part of the helmet body to form a first opening part and a fixed sill part; a mouth cover frame(110) which is placed between the helmet body and the cushion member to form a second opening part(112), a screw bar(170) and a door member(200); a power supply part which forms a casing, a guide wall part, a guide passage, a rotation wing and a generator to supply power for driving a motor and emitting light; and a switching tool which controls the power of a driving motor(184) to elevate the door member.
