PURPOSE: An eco-friendly underground roadway is provided to minimize noise pollution by installing on a residential street. CONSTITUTION: The eco-friendly underground roadway comprises an underground road, retaining walls(110a,110b) installed on both sides of the road, an upper plate(120) supported by a girder(130) to contain soil, at least one or more girders(130) installed in a line to connect top ends of the retaining walls, a ventilating hole provided with many control plates(150) to control noise and incidence, and a reflective plate(140) installed on the upper right/left sides of the retaining walls(110a,110b) to reflect incident light through the ventilating hole toward a road surface.
