PLANT FOR ACTIVATION OF PROCESSES AND SEPARATION OF PHASES

FIELD: plants using principle of travelling and rotating electromagnetic fields for activation of physico-chemical and physico-mechanical processes and centrifugal apparatuses for separation of phases. SUBSTANCE: plant has tubular reaction chamber with ferromagnetic particles whose outlet ends are connected with collecting vessel. Each reaction chamber has inductor of rotating electromagnetic field. Chambers are grouped into separate coaxial modules. Each module has body in the form of external and internal cylinders. Internal cylinder is a collecting vessel. Coaxially connected modules form a common collecting vessel. Each module has circular dispensing header connected with inlet ends of reaction chamber and shifted through 20-30 deg relative to module located above. Circular dispensing header presents toroid cut at branch pipe connecting header with inlet main pipeline. Header ends are tightly closed. Invention is applicable in industries and municipal services where formed, for instance, sewage waters are in especially large scales. EFFECT: higher productivity and efficiency of phases separation. 2 dwg
