PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable annunciating accurate position information of a user to a destination, on the basis of receiving levels from a plurality of base stations. SOLUTION: In portable terminal equipment, a code and receiving electric field level of a base station which can be received at a prescribed place are stored previously in a base station identifying signal storing part 21. A base station code which is received from a base station is compared with a base station code stored in the base station identifying signal storing part 21, in a base station area including an object place, and a name of the base station and difference between receiving electric field level at this time and registered receiving electric field level are annunciated, when the base station codes coincide with each other. For example, distance to the destination or the like which is calculated according to the difference between the receiving electric field levels is displayed on a display part 17 and annunciating is performed.
