PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable light disperse compensation module which is possible to reduce the manufacturing cost, making the manufacturing process simple. SOLUTION: The variable light compensation module is composed of: (a) a light disperse compensation unit which is composed of a input light switch, a light disperse compensation fiber which is connected to the light switch and has a specified light disperse quantity, a bypath route for the light disperse compensation fiber, and an output side optical switch connected to the bypath route; (b) a light disperse compensation circuit in which one or more of the units are connected in series; and (c) a variable light attenuator installed in front or back of the input or output light switch of the light disperse compensation circuit.
