PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide radio communication equipment including a base station and a user terminal. SOLUTION: The base station transmits data to the user terminal on a first channel of first frequency of a selected time slot. The user terminal transmits data to the base station by second frequency of the selected time slot. These two frequencies are different from each other. In a network, either one out of a transmitter which transmits other data to a user apparatus by third frequency of the time slot in which other data are not transmitted, and a receiver which receives other data from the user apparatus by the third frequency of the time slot in which other data are not transmitted is also included. An UMTS or other third generation system may be used as the equipment.
