PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a recording error and a storage error by carrying out area management to an information recording/reproducing medium. SOLUTION: A control part 400 is provided with a recording/reproducing area setting means to a hard disk 100, and a storage specifying means to give specifying signals for specifying storage data to the recording/reproducing area setting means. Then, a recording/reproducing area control means is provided with a repetitive recording area setting means to set a repetitive recording area 11 as an information recording area to the hard disk, and a means to exclude the area where the storage data corresponding to the specifying signals are recorded from the repetitive recording area 11, and to set a new repetitive recording area when the specifying signals for the storage data are given from the storage specifying means.
