PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for bending a contact of a connector in which wear and burn caused by friction between the contact and a member that bends the member do not occur and in which a constitution of the device is simple. SOLUTION: In a housing 1, a roller-punch holder 2 is retained so that it is vertically movable and so that it is possible to swing with the center axis 3 of an orthogonal direction in the vertical direction as a fulcrum. A roller punch 5 is rotatably mounted on the roller-punch holder. A die 6 having a guiding part 6A to guide the roller-punch holder toward the contact 11 is retained in the housing. When the roller-punch holder is descending, the roller punch rotatively bending-works the neigthborhood of the tip part of the contact. Because the die has the position in the vertical direction adjusted if a wedge 7 is moved in a right-and-left direction, a bending angle of the contact can be changed.
