PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for preventing freezing water produced in a fuel cell when the fuel cell is started at a cool district. SOLUTION: The inner temperature of the fuel cell 20 is detected using a temperature sensor 32 in a fuel cell system 10. A cooling pump 30 is controlled to become an arrest state when the inner temperature of the fuel cell 20 is lower than 0 deg.C. The driving power of the cooling pump 30 increases respond to the temperature rise when the inner temperature of the fuel cell exceeds 0 deg.C. The increment of the driving power is suppressed when the inner temperature of the fuel cell 20 become a range between 0 deg.C and a fixed temperature that is larger than 0 deg.C. |
