PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the vibration generated in a part for rotatably mounting a drive body to a drive shaft in a diaphragm pump using a metallic bearing such as oil retaining bearing or ball bearing for the mounting part. SOLUTION: In this pump, a crankshaft 3 for mounting the drive shaft 4 comprises a weight balance 30 provided on the opposite side to the drive shaft mounting part to a motor output shaft 2. The generation of vibration is suppressed by imparting a fixed weight to the balance weight 30.
