PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer wall board and an outer wall execution structure for preventing water leakage reliably. SOLUTION: The outer wall board 1 in a four-sides ship lap joint structure has an upper lower rabbet joint 110, a lower upper rabbet joint 120, a side lower rabbet joint 140, and a side upper rabbet joint 130. The outer wall board 1 is formed by providing a discharge recessed section 15 for guiding rainwater that flows down from the upper section to the front of the outer wall board 1 in front of the upper lower rabbet joint 110.
