PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely make a function of preventing half-coupling fully operate. SOLUTION: A storing room 21, in which a slider 28 and a coil spring can be stored from the front, is formed in a female housing 20 which can be inserted in a hood part 11 of male housing 10. A lock arm 31 for holding both the housing 10 and 20 in the insertion-coupling state is formed in integration in a slider 28. A locking projection part 37 projected to the upper surface of the lock arm 31 is made possible to be pressed by a pressing part 17 formed in the front end of the hood part 11 in connection with the insertion coupling of both the housing 10 and 20. The slider 28 is made to be transferred backward inside of the accommodation room 21 by this pressing, while making the coil spring shrink against energizing. Since a regulation projection part 41, which can hook the pressing part 17, is projected at the front end face of the locking projection part 37, even if the moment which makes the lock arm 31 bend downward according to the power, which the press part 17 presses the locking projection part 37, the bending of the lock arm 31 can be regulated.
