PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which automatically delivers to users the newest information about goods and services, etc., sold at an online shopping mall and desired by the users, and furthermore which sufficiently and rapidly offers to each electronic store the demand information wanted by the users. SOLUTION: This advertising system which delivers advertisements to users through communication network is characterized by being provided with following means or parts: an advertisement database 23 which registers advertisements information indicating information about advertisements of goods and services sold to the users; a user-needs database 22 which is operated by each user and registers the user-needs information indicating the advertisements information requested by the users; a questionnaire processing part 21 which accepts the appointment of use-needs information of the users by the users' questionnaire answers through communication network; an information extracting and processing part 24 which retrieves and extracts the advertisements which agree with the requests of the users based on use-needs information of each user among the advertisement information.
