PURPOSE: A system and a method for installing a router in a signaling gateway system are provided to cut the expenses by a router equipment by installing a router in the inside of a signaling gateway in the case of the IP communication between the signal gateway and a call connection agent. CONSTITUTION: A system for installing a router in a signaling gateway system is comprised of a trunk gateway(60), a signaling gateway(30), call connection agents(20,21), a PSTN(100), hubs(110,111), a wireless gateway(120), and a base station system(130). The trunk gateway(60) is for interfacing with a network. The signaling gateway(30) is for signaling with a No.7 signaling network. The call connection agents(20,21) process call connection control through the signaling gateway(30). The hubs(110,111) receives data from one or more directions and transfers the data to one or more directions. The wireless gateway(120) serves as an entrance to go in another wireless network.
