SOLUTION: At the time of removing chips 3 blocking the inside of the aligning device 6 when the device 6 is clogged with the chips 3 or at the time of cleaning, namely, maintaining the inside of the device 6, the chips 3 can be removed easily or the inside of the device 6 can be cleaned easily by separating integrally formed parts stirring, first forming, and second forming members 39, 31, and 32 from each other. Since no positioning and assembling work is required for the spindle 42 of the parts stirring member 39, an aligning section 45, and a stirring section 46 after the removing work or cleaning work is completed, the removing work and cleaning work can be simplified. |
