<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotational head drum device for improving the flatness in outputting by a head when a high-density recording is made and for obtaining stable characteristics. SOLUTION: A fixed drum 13 and a rotational drum 15 which is larger than the external diameter of the fixed drum 13 and supported with its free rotation possible on the upper side of the rotational drum 13 are provided. In addition, the rotation center of the rotational drum 15 conforms to the center of the fixed drum 13, and the fixed drum 13 is formed to arrange so that the difference in external diameters on the plane between the rotational drum 15 and the upper end of the fixed drum 13 may be maximum on the tape-winding side TU to the tape-feeding side SU.</p> |
