PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a rise of oil, to realize bellows for oil seal as piston rods of long life and to improve the performance and lifetime of a Stirling refrigerator. SOLUTION: The bellows 22 and 28 for oil seal are provided between the space in a housing 2 and a compression cylinder and an expansion cylinder. The lower ends 55 of the bellows 22 and 28 are welded to a lower fitting ring 61 fastened by a fixed plate 14, while the upper parts thereof are welded to an upper fitting ring 53 fastened to the piston rods 21 and 27.
