PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide optimum service information to a user who has not adequate professional knowledge for a product by support of a system. SOLUTION: A virtual store system is constituted of customer terminals 11, 12, 17, 18 comprising of individuals personal computers, a virtual service store having a processing server 2 and a file server 3 having service providing functions, and a network 10 connecting the customer terminals and the virtual store. The file server is provided with a database 4 storing product information of the virtual store in advance, a database 7 storing the information on products already delivered to customers, and a database 21 storing service determination information which determines the propriety of offering of services in advance. When purchasing a product newly or additionally, the processing server automatically detects the device configuration information for the customer terminals, registers the information on already delivered products to the database, checks the already delivered product information automatically detected against the product information, and displays the products to be newly purchased or additionally purchased. |
