PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ease maintenance of an aligning device. SOLUTION: When a chip 3 is clogged in an aligning device 6, or dirt or dust, etc., is checked for entry during maintenance, bolts 30 and 30 are removed from a main body 1A. An eccentric pin 25 engaged between two pinching pieces on the upper part of an operating member 24 are pulled out and the aligning device 6 is removed from the main body 1A. Then, a bolt 33 is removed to separate a first forming member 31 from a second forming member 32, and clogging is removed or cleaning is conducted. Furthermore, a rotary disc 47 provided with the eccentric pin 25 is removed from a spindle 42, and the spindle 42 is pulled out from an opening hole 40 of the main body 35 of the first forming member 31 and an aligning plate 45 or a stirring plate 46 is cleaned. In addition, a screw 27 is unscrewed from the main body 35 of the first forming member 31 to remove passage forming plates 36, 37 and 38, thus conducting cleaning easily. |
