<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of dismantling an internal combustion hot-blast stove, which can safely dismantle a steel shell or refractory in a short term without damaging the peripheral facilities. SOLUTION: The internal combustion hot-blast stove has a straight body part 10, a conical part 11 and a dome part 12, a steel shell 13 on the outer side, and a lining brick 14 inside, and arranges a combustion chamber 15 and a regenerator 16 side by side, so as to separate the both chambers by partition bricks 17 and connect them in the upper part. The method of dismantling the internal combustion hot-blast stove comprises dismantling and removing the dome part 12 and the conical part 11, and then dropping and removing the scrap bricks 21a which are dismantled by a heavy dismantling machine 21, into the combustion chamber 15, while moving the heavy dismantling machine 21 over both heat storage bricks 19 arranged in the regenerator 16 and a gridiron lid 20 for preventing dropping, which is temporarily provided on the combustion chamber 15, and while further supporting the heavy dismantling machine 21 with a wire 23 provided with a balancer, of which the one end is supported by a gate type frame 22 temporarily provided on the straight body part 10.</p> |
