PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductor connector tool and a connecting method of the same, which makes possible to connect conductors to each other with high connection strength and easily carry out the operation for the connection with less labor. SOLUTION: One conductive coupling plate is set opposite to the other conductive coupling plate and a bolt is inserted from the one conductive coupling plate so as to penetrate through the other conductive coupling plate. The thread of the bolt penetrating through the other conductive coupling plate is inserted through a spring and a nut is screwed down on the thread, so that the other conductive coupling plate is spring biased toward the one conductive coupling plate. Then, a removable widening member is interposed between both opposed conductive coupling plates so that the widening member keep apart both conductive coupling plates at a distance longer than the thickness of conductors to be connected each other. In this state, the conductors to be connected each other are arranged between the conductive coupling plates and the widening member is removed. This allows the spring biased conductive coupling plate to apply a force to make the conductors sandwiched and connected together between the conductive coupling plates. The conductor connector and the connecting method of the same are applicable to the connection of in-phase bus duct conductors.
