PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute contents to much more clients. SOLUTION: A user PC4 requests a live casting server 150 to reserve a distribution channel for distributing contents to client PCs 7A, 7B and 7C, and also to carry program introduction information about contents to be distributed via the distribution channel on a program introduction display screen 160A in a top page screen 160. The live casting server 150 then executes a charging process for the request, and transmits the top page screen 160 carrying the program introduction information on the program introduction display screen 160A to the client PCs 7A and 7B, 7C, to make client users first visibly recognize the program introduction information through the program introduction display screen 160A in the top page screen 160, resulting to increase of chance for choice of the programs. Thus, the contents can be distributed to much more client users.
