APPARATUS FOR DISCHARGING FILLED MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for discharging a filled material to form a microscopic sample which eliminates a complicate mechanism for discharging an appropriate amount of the material or the need of troublesome maintenance. SOLUTION: Each of a suction pipe 3 and a discharge pipe 13 has a reverse flow-preventing valve so that the liquid filled material is sucked and discharged alternately from the independent one pipe and the other pipe. Each of the suction and discharge pipes 3 and 13 has a piston mechanism connected to a cylinder head 7. Two containers having the piston mechanism held by a movable film 10, namely, a pressure increase/decrease transmitting part and a filled material discharge part are disposed to the piston side and the opposite side respectively. The liquid filled material 2 is filled in the filled material suction discharge part and the suction discharge pipe via the movable film 10 by a pressure increase/decrease operation of a piston 8 to a solution filled in the pressure increase/decrease transmitting part, and can be sucked from the suction pipe 3 and discharged from the discharge pipe 13 alternately by indirectly decreasing or increasing the pressure of the material.
