PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip where pin inserting force can be reduced when the clip is fixed, the clip can be easily fabricated by connecting a clip body and the pin, so that handleability thereof can be improved. SOLUTION: A clip, wherein a base edge side of a foot portion of each slit provided on the foot portion of the clip body is formed widely and a tip side of the foot portion thereof is formed narrowly, a plurality of ribs formed with a wide upper portion and a narrow lower portion are provided on an outer peripheral surface of an axial portion of the above pin along its axial direction, the wide portion of each rib is positioned inside the wide portion of the above each slit in a state in which the above foot portion is enlarged in diameter, and a tapered portion getting gradually narrower is provided on the border of the above each rib between the above wide portion and the narrow portion, so that the axial portion of the pin can be easily inserted into a hollow portion in the foot portion of the clip body.
