PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll type fluid machine capable of suppressing the relative torsion caused between a rotating scroll and a fixed scroll without enlarging the size thereof. SOLUTION: The rotating scroll 43 is divided into a spiral part 44 and a shaft connecting part 45, and an Oldham link 61 is housed between the both. The fixed scroll 42 and the spiral part 44 comprise a fixed-side key groove 42a and rotating-side key groove 44c for sliding the rotating-side key 62 and fixed-side key 63 of the Oldham link 61, respectively.
