PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make speedy repairs possible when waste disposal machines are out of order and make it possible to charge users the expenses in accordance with the amount of the waste treated when the users themselves treat the waste with the waste disposal machines. SOLUTION: The information 42 on the users of the waste disposal machines 10 and the information 56 on the waste treatment are detected and transmitted to a server 12 via the Internet 14. The server 12 stores the information on the users and the waste treatment and detects the presence or absence of information on something wrong with the waste disposal machines 10 in the information on the waste treatment.
