<p>The invention concerns a method for protecting a solid-state lithium micro-generator which consists in applying a thermoformable product film on said micro-generator and in applying a pressure ranging between about 1.104 and about 1.5.105 Pascal while heating at a temperature ranging between about 50 °C and about 150 °C, for a time interval between about 2 seconds and 1800 seconds. The invention is characterised in that said thermoformable product is an ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) polymer resin of a compound of formula (I). The invention also concerns a micro-generator protected with a protective film by the inventive method, characterised in that said protective film has a thickness of about 200 νm, and is waterproof and non-reactive to lithium, and it has a thickness not exceeding about 500 micrometers.</p> |
