The cable (9) which connects the compensating weight (11) to the movable sash is fixed on a swivel bolt (7) of an anti-drop security device which prevents the sash from falling down from the raised state. The cable is fixed or pressed in a sleeve part of a threaded bolt (41) which can be screwed by the threaded part into a threaded bore of the bolt (7). The cable is made of drilled steel wires.
