PURPOSE: An apparatus for marking the congestion part of strip in a bright annealing furnace is provided to certainly perform congestion section marking on the congestion part of the strip during stopping of a line. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for marking the congestion part of strip in a bright annealing furnace comprises a punching part(10) in which a punching cylinder(11) is installed on a duct, and a puncher(13) is installed at a rod(12) of the punching cylinder so that the puncher performs punching on a congested strip (S); and a marking part(30) in which an operating cylinder(32) is installed on the duct, and a contact pin is installed on a rod of the operating cylinder(32) so that the contact pin performs marking on the surface of the congested strip, wherein the apparatus for marking the congestion part of strip in a bright annealing furnace further comprises a gas injection line(19) which is connected to the core part of the rod of the punching cylinder to come off punched tips from the strip by injecting gas, and a buffer means that is installed between the rod and the contact pin.
