METHOD FOR INTEGRALLY MANAGING FINANCIAL CAPITAL AND DEBT AND RECORDING MEDIUM HAVING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A method for integrally managing a financial capital and debt and a recording medium having the same are provided to minimize a financial cost of a financial institution transactor which levied irrationally by offsetting a financial capital by a debt of the financial institution transactor including each interest thereof. CONSTITUTION: In the case that a loaned money transfer subscription receipt exists from an information terminal of an authenticated member(410), a supply of financial information necessary for a loaned money receipt is requested(420). Financial information received by responding to the request is stored and a truth or falsehood thereof is inquired to a corresponding financial institution(430,440). A receipt objected deposit necessary for receiving a loaned money is selected and stored out of inquired financial information, and change of the selected receipt objected deposit and a transfer of a loaned money to be received to an integrally managing company is requested to the corresponding financial institution(450,460). If approval information is received from the corresponding financial institution(470), receipt contents are informed to a subscriber(480). An interest with respect to the received deposit and loaned money according to financial institutions is calculated, and an offset is requested to the corresponding financial institution for offset of the received deposit, the loaned money, and a generated interest(490). If the expiration date of the received deposit or the loaned money is reached(510), management of a financial capital and a debt are requested to the corresponding financial institution in accordance with contents of a special contract, and the fact is informed to the member(520).
