PURPOSE: A freight vehicle capable of checking carrying capacity is provided to prevent damage of road and prevent traffic accidents by installing a scale and displaying overload through an external display unit. CONSTITUTION: A freight vehicle capable of checking carrying capacity comprises a freight vehicle body equipped with a loading compartment; a flat type scale(20) installed on the floor of the loading compartment; a controller(50), connected to a railroad line, outputting the measured value of the scale; and a display unit(60), indicating whether the carrying goods is overload or not by the operation of the controller. The flat type scale outputs the measured value as a digital type for control of the controller.
