The blade has a foot (11) and vane (1) with pressure side wall (6) and suction-side wall (5) connected together to include a cavity (2) for the cooling fluid. The cavity contains ribs (7) with at least one designed so that it has a tip (9) and two arms (14,15) with the arms angled relative to a radial plane at an acute angle. The cavity can be a double triangle with acute-angled triangular points in the front and rear edges. The ratio of a local rib height to a local cavity height is substantially constant at each point of the rib. The tip of the rib is set in the area of the greatest local height of the rib.
